Our Clean Room door range consists of the Seamless PVC Hinged Personnel door, the GRP Hinged Personnel door and the Clean Room Sliding door. This type of door is manufactured to suit pharmaceuticals, clean rooms, food process and preparation areas and ambient applications.

The plastic welded Seamless door is a 44mm thick insulated door which is fully encapsulated with a PVC CAW finish. The newly developed GRP (glass reinforced plastic) door is a 44mm thick door which is fully encapsulated with GRP. It is available as a hinged personnel door and also as a sliding door which is mounted on a Fermod 2000 series track.

There are various options available in this range such as alternative core, frame, furniture, finish and vision panels. Lead time for the clean room doors is usually 3-4 weeks; however we can manufacture and deliver sooner if necessary.
